Localização excelente. Estivemos em família (4 quartos), com passagem rápida de uma diária . Fomos bem atendidos, limpeza dos quartos muito bem feita, café da manhã simples mas de boa qualidade e muito bem organizado. Só um detalhe; estava anunciado que a piscina estaria liberada às 9:00h, mas foi liberada só às 10:00, mas do mais foi tudo ótimo. Pretendemos voltar.

RAZOÁVEL

Esperava mais do hotel. O quarto precisa de manutenção, o box apresentava vazamento que inundava o chão do banheiro. Tivemos problema com o Ar Condicionado que passou a não gelar e tive que aguardar por 3 horas uma solução paliativa, com troca de capacitor, limpeza de filtros que acabou por inviabilizar um passeio noturno. Café da manhã razoável. Nota máxima para a simpatia da funcionárias do café e camareiras. Travesseiros ruins.

No geral foi uma estadia razoável. Quarto no qual reservei era bem pequeno e como estava com uma criança de 3 anos ficou bem ruim. Café da manhã bem simples, com poucas opções. Pontos positivo: Tem uma area de lazer agradável e uma brinquedoteca com um espaço bacana. Fiquei apenas 1 dia, mais parece ter uma boa hidro e um lugar de spa. Atravesou a rua voce já esta de frente a praia da enseada. Pontos a melhorar: Com mais informações detalhadas eu teria pegado outra categoria de quarto, para quem esta com criança faz a total diferença. Cheguei a mandar mensagens pelo Hotels.com, porém não tive nenhum retorno ate a minha viagem.

A estadia foi muito boa, superou as minhas espectativas. Os funcionários são muito prestativos, educados e gentis. O café da manhã é bom. A área de lazer é bem agradável e convidativa. Hotel simpático, quartos ótimos e com mobília nova, ar condicionado, tv a cabo, frigobar. As instalações externas precisam de uma manutenção ( pintura, renovação de piso e modernização) . O atendimento na recepção foi excelente! Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos.
