The hotel is in very good condition and well maintained. The room was a good size and we liked the outdoor patio attached to the room. The beach was across the street from the hotel and the hotel provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. However our room looked a bit tired. One elevator only and the staff uses it for garbage collection 😵‍💫!!! The pool was clean and nice. I tried to get my family over for one afternoon by the pool and they wanted to charge 1/2 day stay for my 2 grandkids with their parents not included. In the said day there were hardly any guests in the whole hotel and none in the pool all day. We booked the pool view room and for 2 days the view was obstructed with repairs. Fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

Excellent stay at Hotel Doral Guarujá

Excellent stay at the Hotel Doral Guarujá. Fantastic location on the beach and you can stay by the pool or use the beach opposite via a kiosk for drinks and food. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Guarujá is a good place to visit too if you love the beach.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms are very basic but comfortable. Wi-Fi was not consistent in either the rooms or open space which was frustrating. Nice location across the beach and hood security / monitoring on property. Expensive for the quality but did seem to be one of the nicer properties on the beach.

Nice colonial building but...could do better!

The outside of the hotel is very nice, the inside is getting tired and the pool is covered by plastic ceiling to protect from the rain. Only 1 small aerea if you want the sun the hotel advertise providing bikes but during our 5 days there there wasn't any...always an excuse why none were available. Fatima at front desk was really trying hard to help and was the only one who spoke English. The restaurant staff was miserable which is odd as Brazilians are very smily and friendly. Room was ok but bathroom could be better small basin outside the lu/shower ! Not the best.

Escolhi o Doral Guarujá como presente para meus pais, e não poderia ter feito escolha melhor. Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com extrema simpatia e atenção — a equipe foi impecável em cada detalhe. Solicitei um quarto com vista para o mar para meus pais aproveitarem ao máximo, e o hotel surpreendeu com uma linda decoração e um bilhetinho carinhoso, que emocionou a todos. O café da manhã é delicioso, com várias opções, e o chef das tapiocas foi um querido — super atencioso e gentil. A estrutura do hotel também é excelente: piscina climatizada, spa, salão de jogos… tudo muito bem cuidado. Só temos a agradecer por tanto cuidado. Com certeza voltaremos! Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo acolhimento e pelo serviço impecável.

o atendimento deixou a desejar, tanto na recepção quanto na resolução de problemas, ou flexibilidades. O time da cozinha/piscina não era muito simpático ou preparado. A cama era incrivel, e o quarto em geral é muito bom. A pia era um problema, sempre entupida e muito pequena. O acesso à praia era muito facil, e seguro. E a infra do quiosque é fenomenal. A comida do café da manhã era ok apenas, nada incrivel no quesito sabor.

A estadia foi boa! Recepção atenciosos, mas não se deve deixar uma pessoa sem muita experiência, sozinha. Foi cobrado estacionamento 2 vezes, sendo que estávamos em 2 aptos e somente 1 automóvel. Achei estranho cobrarem de mim, sendo que o automóvel não era meu! Mas como meu amigo não estava junto, e paguei com prazer! (Notamos, ao retirar o veículo, o equívoco da recepção). Na área da piscina, olhando ao alto, vemos uma espécie de mofo, nas paredes, o que entendemos que falta uma manutenção e pintura. Os vidros dos box do banheiro, são muito ruins de abrir e fechar, pois não deslizam, devidamente (Falta manutenção). Café da manhã, adoro pães, mas são muito ruins! Devem ser aqueles congelados ou a padaria que fornecem, precisa ser trocado! Secos! Os doces estavam duros (Parecia que foram feitos há dias!). Estes comentários, são para melhorar, (Não críticas, propriamente) pois vamos voltar ao hotel e recomendá-los, mas gostaríamos que esteja perfeito. De um modo geral, muito bom.

A equipe é atenciosa e gentil. Os quartos são grandes e bonitos, mas faltam copos e o hotel cobra para fornece-los(taxa de aluguel de utensílios, absurdo!!!) A limpeza dos quartos é boa, mas dos banheiros não.Nos banheiros havia bolor no bocal do chuveiro, no bocal da ducha higienica, na porta do box e nos rejuntes dos azulejos(apt 221 e 225).As poltronas azuis estão cheias de bolor embaixo da almofada do assento(apt 221 e225). A cobertura que fizeram ao largo de toda piscina deixou o local insuportavelmente quente, impossível relaxar ali depois da praia, o calor é muito alto.No site não aparece essa cobertura, parece que o espaço é todo aberto, então engana quem acha que tem piscina aberta.Parabens para equipe da recepção e portaria e para os garçons homens, todos muito educados e receptivos. Já as mulheres que se ativam no restaurante, à exceção de uma mais velha, são todas rudes e de cara feia o tempo todo, parecendo que os hospedes estão incomodando.Os preços do restaurante são muito altos e a comida não corresponde ao preço cobrado(não me importo de pagar caro se a comida for excelente, o que não é o caso - comida bem mais ou menos). Faltam mais lugares para relaxar na recepção.Gostei do hotel,voltaria mas é preciso prestar atenção, especialmente na limpeza dos banheiros,que deixaram a desejar e na falta de copos nos quartos que TODOS OS HOTEIS DE ALTO E MÉDIO PADRÃO TÊM...

Hotel muy bien ubicado, atención muy buena. Lo único es que limitan la tele ver Netflix aún que sea con mi cuenta, limitan tb el jacuzzi , tenias que pagar para usa la. Desayuno , necessita mejorar , falta frutas . No surten en el horario de pico. Pero volvería por la atención de todos
