This is a luxury hotel and conference venue. The walk across the street to the beach (private and secured area for guests) makes it very comfortable and enjoyable. Food was very good, although the sushi bar was just okay.

Our stay here definitely let us down. This place was very expensive, and did not seem worth the value. While the staff was very friendly, kind, and polite, the hotel itself and the amenities were not great. I would not recommend this place or come back for several reasons: 1. The wifi did not consistently work in our room. There were dead spots, we were constantly disconnected, the TV did not work, and it was very slow. 2. There were clumps of hair in our shower when we checked in. 3. There was a bug in my partners soup during dinner, and they gave me a honey packet that was infested with several fruit flies in it. When I saw the bugs and put the honey packet to the side, I saw that the staff had put the bug infested honey packet back into the breakfast buffet the next day. I saw that honey packet and took it out again to ensure another guess did not get it. 4. The food was nothing special. It was not horrible, but it was nothing I would rave about. 5. If you come during off season, they will not open up all four restaurants they advertise. You are forced to eat at one restaurant your entire stay if you opt in for the dining package. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have bought it, but they do not tell you this when you book online. In addition, they charged me for two bottles of water each night during dinner. While I understand you have to buy water in Brazil, I was shocked that not even 1 bottle of water was included in the dining package.

Casa Grande has some charm, and the variety of dining options in the resort were great! We enjoyed ourselves. Our primary concern was less about the resort and more about the safety and security of the surrounding area.

Excellent spot; directly across from the beach. Didn't do much exploring of the property the first day but did a little the following day. Beautiful property; a number of dining options if you don't want to drive far or at all. Both my girl and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when the sun is out!

Overall was a nice stay. A lot of stuff for kids to do, beach and pool was nice and the food / service was fantastic . The rooms were a bit dated and the air conditioning was just okay. I would go back though !

Welcoming and attentive!

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff - they all (from reception to breakfast and diner to the beach) really did make all the difference to my stay, worked as a team and were friendly, helpful and attentive. I can’t recommend them and as a result the hotel enough - I hope they are all well rewarded for their work!

A estadia foi ótima Localização perfeita. Limpeza boa. Quarto confortável com uma pequena varanda, chuveiro bom, espelho grande em uma das portas. Funcionários excelentes, gentis e prestativos.
