“The staff was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately after my first night there I noticed bed bug bites. I demanded to be moved to a fully sanitized room, which they did--but sanitization should happen preventively, not in response to bad customer experiences. There is no desk and no chair, so it's hard to do any work in the room. The sheets are threadbare. None of it is a dealbreaker except for the bed bugs. Thankfully my following 5 nights in the new room there was no problem.”

“The scenery is beautiful, and both the rooms and facilities are very clean. The breakfast is healthy, with a light, low-fat selection that feels more like a diet-friendly meal. Guests who prefer a traditional breakfast may find it a bit unusual. The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the lobby can be heard in the rooms and may wake up those who go to bed early.”
