Bom espaço e localização estratégica. Tv, frigobar e ar condicionado bons; colchao ruim e travesseiros terriveis; chuveiro com bom controle de temperatura mas fluxo de água ruim. Estacionamento ruim e terrivelmente sujo. Bom lobby e recepçao simples mas agradável. Café da manhã ruim, pouca variedade e o que acaba nao é reposto. Em quatro diárias o quarto nao foi arrumado nem uma só vez!!!

Justo mas pode melhorar

Hotel justo, mas o estacionamento estava praticamente interditado, sem acesso ao hotel devido a uma obra no local. Não tem shampoo e condicionador no banheiro. Água do chuveiro não esquentou bem para um dia frio. Café da manhã muito bom.

O atendimento da equipe do hotel é excelente, mas achei o quarto muito barulhento, o chuveiro não esquentou (aquecimento solar) e o café, do café da manhã é muito ruim, de má qualidade. O estacionamento é muito pequeno e insuficiente para quantidade de hóspedes. O carro precisou ficar na rua. Próximo ao hotel.

2 críticas: deveriam tirar tapetes dos quartos. Não sei se são em todos, mas no quarto que me hospedei, haviam tapetes velhos e com péssimo aspecto. Ruim para quem tem alergia como é o meu caso. Tirei 2 deles que estavam nas laterais da cama. A outra crítica é que fui atendida por um funcionário que não usava máscara.

Conheço e me hospedo no Hotel Xikus há vários anos, simples e acolhedor. Um hotel onde Você se sente em casa. Café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções de frutas, pães e bolos. Na região não tem melhor.

As instalações são antigas, porém limpas e confortáveis. O estacionamento estava lotado, o carro ficou na rua. O recepcionista era também o manobrista e houve demora no check-in. O valor cobrado foi a maior que o da reserva.

Excelente experiência em todos os sentidos. Quarto muito bom, cama confortável e ambientes limpos. O café da manhã é muito bom e todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei a me hospedar.
