Beware - LOTS of misleading information!!

Beware - the location of the hotel is NOT what is shown on the map - I was led to believe the hotel would be within the South China University campus but it was on the other side of the highway! The claim of "non-smoking rooms" might as well be a lie - we specifically asked for (and was given) a room on a 'non-smoking' floor but every morning we would wake to the smell of tobacco smoke and cigarette butts were left all over the floor.

Hotel recomendable

Es un hotel recomendable, en épocas peaks se vuelve más caro por la demanda, however, encuentras mejores hoteles por misma cantidad de dinero pero no tan cerca de las exhibiciones (si vienes por trabajo...), el hotel cuenta con buses de acercamiento hacia el centro de exhibiciones y desde el centro de exhibiciones hacia el hotel. El desayuno es bueno, no es el extremadamente variado pero si lo suficiente para satisfacer a distintas culturas. Lo malo es que el inglés del personal no es bueno, de diez personas con las tendrías que hablar sólo 1 o 2 pueden tener un inglés 3/5 quizás uno 4/5. Es recomendable si van a tomar taxi hacia algún lugar saquen fotografía del lugar en chino y se lo muestren al taxista o personal para que te ayuden a llegar. La cena no es cara, ya sea a la carta o buffet es barato (48RMB por una hamburguesa muy bien presentada...)

フロントの対応が残念（前台服務員的態度遺憾）

市内中心部から少し離れているがホテルの設備、快適さはまずまずであった。今回3泊したが、残念だったのはチェックアウトの時、飲んでいないのにもかかわらずミニバーのジュース（ファンタ）を一缶請求された。こちらが飲んでいないと言っても「本当に飲んでないの？」と2人がかりで3回聞かれてしつこく支払いを要求された。ゲストを信用していない感じで最後に不快感が残った。（個人的想像であるが清掃員が飲んだ可能性はないのか？というのも最終日前日の室内清掃後、洗面所に紙類が少し散乱していた）

Great hotel near to everything in Guangzhou.

Comfortable hotel. Great location. Excellent staff. Would stay again. Breakfast was okay. Not great. Maybe it was a cultural thing but other guests seemed to enjoy it.

前回に引き続き、今回も4連泊をしました。 今回は、香港から広州に入ったけど香港空港間のアクセスバスが直接出ているので 非常に短時間でアクセス可能!! ホテルスタッフのサービスも顔見知りになったのか?　　以前より良くなった。

I booked the hotel through hotels.com and the email confirmation clearly indicated that it includes free breakfast. However, the front desk insisted that it's not included and we have to pay the very unreasonable price for breakfast. This is the first time ever I had such problem, and the front desk is not helpful at all. We ended up having breakfast in a nearby restaurant.

Nice hotel

This hotel is located about 10 mn to Line 3 Gangding station and 30 mn to Pazhou complex in a very nice. It is expensive during Canton Fair time, but may be cheaper is you book it on internet services.

妻と２人で３泊しました。従業員の方々は皆フレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。バイキングの朝食は、質と品数が充実しており、個人の趣向に沿って、十分に空腹を満たすことができます。

Hotel is ok, clean, wifi in the room is good! Did not try breakfast. In teh surrounding area there is nothing to reach by foot. Take taxi to the CBD area - costs about 15 RMB in case you want to dot some shopping etc.

Yutong - Not too bad.

First time to China and Canton Fair Overall a decent hotel given the price was about $120 during Canton Fair (Included Breakfast). One of my coworkers who do not speak Chinese found it difficult to just order some simple toast to the room. The staff that could speak english were barely proficient. Probably not the best place to stay if you can't speak some Chinese. I can speak conversationally so I was ok. Pro: Reasonalble room rate during Canton Fair. They had daily bus service to and from the Canton Fair. Taxi ride to Canton Fair is about 7-10 min. Free Wifi in Lobby was better than the room. Room had USA 2 prong outlets and did not require converter as long as the deveice (e.g. Laptop# can accept 220v #Just check markings on laptop and cell charger for 110-220V#. If you need 3 prong plug you need to bring a converter or request a power strip from the front desk #took about 10 min for them to bring one up#. Bathroom had one 110V outlet for shaver. Room had a blowdryer. Con: Check in and Check out was slow compared to Major Chains #Hyatt, Hilton, etc#. Few english speaking staff. Internet in room was slow. Stiff bed #could feel springs), not the best but I still slept ok.
