The hotel is in an older part of the city, so the surrounding streets were not so well maintained (darker, dirtier, more run-down). The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. There is a laundry room, free to use. Breakfast has a good variety of food.

I like the fact that the room is very clean and the toilet has bidet. The downside of the room that we get there’s no windows and no fridge. There’s no information that the room that we chose upon booking.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, right by Yide Lu metro station, which made getting around very easy. The rooms are modern, very clean, and still feel cozy and homey, which is perfect when traveling with family. Breakfast was great. Both of my kids always found something they liked and enjoyed, and everything was fresh and tasty. The communication before arrival was outstanding. The hotel even received and kept our Taobao packages for us several days before we arrived, which helped us so much and made everything stress-free. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was incredibly sweet, helpful, and genuinely fun. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is a huge bonus when traveling with kids. We would absolutely stay here again.
