We visited Guangzhou at the end of school holidays. Our kid finished homework before school started, so we booked this hotel as a treat. The smart room is ideal for families. Voice control for lights and curtains, plus a 120-inch projector with iQIYI VIP. Bright, clean room with comfy beds, stable Wi-Fi and good soundproofing. We witnessed locals helping a lost crying child, such a warm moment. Reception recommended authentic dim sum – har gow and steamed ribs were great, no tourist markup. Minor points: remote hard to find, extra bathroom shelf would help. Water delivery was fast, 24hr staff gave useful tips. There is a lounge, pool and gym in the building. One night stay only. Clean, smart facilities, helpful staff and convenient location. Great value for family short trips.

Place feels like a prison Staff literally the most unhelpful bunch. 8 staff on counter taking 15 minutes to check each person in. Gym noted is not included and you have to pay. Same for pool.

Отличный отель, заселение быстрое, номер чистый. Я пошёл на прогулку, и у меня порвалась обувь. Пришёл на ресепшн спросить, где её починить. Сотрудники объяснили, что поблизости нет мастерской, подсказали онлайн-сервис. Я сильно устал, нога болела. Персонал дал мне обезболивающее, помог разобраться. Лекарство быстро сняло боль. Очень понравилось отношение сотрудников. Они внимательные и честные. У отеля хорошее расположение. Рекомендую для путешественников!
