All staff members were super friendly, no matter their position – from front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel's own garden provided fresh air and a peaceful vibe. Even though it was fully booked during my stay, I never felt crowded. My kids could safely run around from our room to the playground without any worries, and they absolutely loved feeding the hotel's alpacas and rabbits – they wanted to interact with them every single day! They also got to experience picking fresh crops in the garden, something city kids rarely get to do. Plus, there are several farm-style restaurants just a short walk away for local meals. If you're living in a busy city and need a relaxing escape, I highly recommend Bella Vita. Overall rating: 4.5/5.
