Not happy. The property was not where it was listed on your site. I choose this property purely on its location within the South Guangzhou Train Station. I was purely transiting through Guangzhou arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning. The hotel is located at least a 15 to 25 minute cab ride away from the train station. After walking around the train Station trying to find the property I ended up ring the hotel and found out that it was no near the train station. And after traveling for close to 18 hours (two plane flight and two trains) I was less then impressed. So after arriving the quality of the property was seriously bad. Not happy with the quality of the accommodation was below par. The hot water was non existent. The pictures on your website were of illustrations and do not give a clear interpretation of the overall standard. Overall it cost me more money due to paying 2 cab fares, reduced sleep and a great deal of inconvenience. I should be refunded.

酒店房間舒適, 空間感十足, 屋內韆鞦更令人開懷, 重拾童年回憶. 惟附近設施尚在進行中, 到處塵土飛揚, 美中不足, 可幸食館林立, 種類繁多, 因住宿時間太短, 未能一一嘗試, 若有機會, 一定再次到臨, 但希望酒店能改善以下之不足 : 1. 網絡電視永遠都是loading, 以致晚上未能欣賞電視節目, 十分納悶 2. 衛生紙不足. 3. 電熱水壺於水滾後不能自動切斷電源, 十分危險. 4. 房間內沒有雪櫃, 現在冬天還可以, 如是在熱天就不能接受了.

住宿体验很好，有个冯先生 服务特别到位，有一天晚上我发高烧，我老公跟冯先生去沟通酒店有没有冰袋，他人很好，关心顾客，给了两条换洗毛巾，又跟我老公介绍附近的医院什么的。由于hotels无法开发票，第二天也一直在办公们沟通此事，特别感谢他。但hotels不给开发票这事儿就真的是不能理解。

최악이네요

호텔 위치가 어딘지 제대로 적혀있지도 않아서 새벽에 택시타고 남역 주변만 계속 돌다가 공항으로 돌아갔어요 전화는 아예 번호가 잘못된 번호라고 하구요 후기에 남역이랑 멀다고 돼있는데 근처에 아예 이런 건물이 없어요 8만원 넘게 주고 결제했는데 결국 공항에서 노숙했음; 장난하는 건지 택시비가 더 많이 나왔어요

apps 地址完全唔啱, 呢度話近高鐵車站，但我地去到比個地址啲司機睇先話我地知原來係長龍, 晩上11點去到酒店，竟然話無收到我個booking, 又話全酒店無房，我比晒資料前枱睇，佢都話地址沒錯, 攪左一大輪 ，最後去左去後面街比左間垃圾房我住！又話有接送，打去問又話無！超差評！！！！！！！！！

酒店房間不錯，但是服務一般

酒店地點靠近長隆地鐵Ｃ出口，出地鐵站後大概走路5-10分鐘之內可達，地鐵長隆站到廣州南站費用是3RMB。 從廣州南站搭出租車到酒店要30RMB。行李不特別多的話，搭地鐵是最方便的。 酒店是在當地一個新的大商城- 奧園城市天地 最裡面，商城很多餐廳也有超市，因此周遭飲食是很便利。 以下為酒店待改進項目： 早餐7:30才開始供應，但我上午7:00就得出門，因此只得錯過早餐。 前一天雖然跟酒店櫃檯反映這個問題，而櫃檯人員告知會交代廚房人員特別安排， 但當天早上跟餐廳確認，才知道廚房未收到通知，什麼也沒準備，所以我就空著肚子出門了。

IWAY does not exist people

We chose this hotel based on their supposed closeness to guangzhou south railway station. It says they r less than 10mins walk to the station, but it turns out to be 15mins car ride! Travellers beware chinese hotels may have different names for the same property! In the IWAY case, u'll end up in a hotel called "a" hotel!very confusing in the end to reach there as u wont c any IWAY! Our taxi was completely lost n they wont ans phone call. Reaching the address I asked if I was at IWAY, the person at the reception wasn't sure! Can u believe this? Plus my name wasn't on the computer despite having already paid my stay in full! Not to mention I paid more than the ongoing rate! They finally accepted to give us the room we paid for, but to me it wasn't professional at all! The room wasn't bad at all but they really need to get their act together n stop taking travellers for a ride! That ruined our first night in china.

Hotel.com的酒店資料描述,與真實的有點出入. 酒店位置並不在高鐵南站附近, 走路根本去不了,要打車15分鐘才能到達,車費約30元. 酒店附近很難叫車, 一定要請服務員幫忙, 不然要自己用叫車的app來叫,對於不熟路的遊客來說,不是很方便, 附近似是新開發區,計程車很少走到那邊. 酒店走出外走路約10分鐘有地鐵站,往廣州地鐵沿線其他地方尚算方便,但往廣州南站會很迂迴,所以打車還是比較快. 酒店剛開不久, 還在整修, 早餐選擇很少,餐廳似是兩個房間改裝而成, 要求不多,吃飽是可以的. 房間分兩層,樓下是客廳,樓上是睡床,床很舒服,睡得很好.
