家庭房尚算寬敞，但洗手間衛生欠佳，而且有煙蒂～洗澡花頭有漏水，另外預訂4人用品亦只有2人份，需要另取！整體表現沒有很貼心，房間也沒有開放掛衣架，有點與圖片不符，不會建議朋友入住！

此次入住Imin Hotel為我帶來了良好的住宿體驗。前台服務員慧婷年紀輕輕但對工作充滿熱誠，熱心地幫助我解決問題，令我整個旅程更順利，非常感謝！酒店除了安排早餐，還附送水果及宵夜，很貼心。酒店很近融創雪世界，適合特意來滑雪的旅客。非常滿意此次入住體驗，下次會再來！

一間很舒適的酒店， 寬敞的家庭套房， 房內面積很大 ，有着全新及非常乾淨的傢俱。 離開的時候一名叫陸慧婷的接待務員， 幫助我們召喚計程車，並親自帶我們到對面馬路乘車！
