Staff went out of their way to provide top notch service. Sally, Jason, Tammy, Jimi, Luca and Kenny and others that I didn’t catch their names made our stay wonderful. Next time in Guangzhou we will definitely only chose the Four Points by Sheraton in Dongpu.

6/10 Okay

The location of the hotel is just average, and the facilities are quite old. When I first arrived at the front desk, no one attended to me. The staff also asked me to pay an additional RMB 1,000, but later realized that it was a mistake because I had already paid for my stay online. There were no tissues or clothes hangers in the room. The only tissues provided were by the bathroom sink. The complimentary bottled water was Binglu, one of the cheapest brands in China. Other than these issues, the stay was okay. However, if I have the chance to visit Guangzhou again, I would not choose to stay at this hotel.
