Firstly, i didnt even get to stay there. Just got replaced with a crappy Lavande hotel near the hotel option, maybe its a strategy, where u book and pay for a nicer hotel, then get swapped into a crappy hotel with no refund or explanation. Never book this hotel. Beware.

Booked through Expedia but unfortunately hotel did not have a confirmed booking. Had to pay again at the hotel. It was frustrating after a delayed long flight from Sydney. Luckily I had a friend who could translate to sort out the bookings and the front desk staff handled it professionally. I provided Expedia with all the documents to prove double payments and it resulted in a refund after a few days. From now on, I will personally confirm directly with booked hotels to avoid a repeat.
