Staff and valet were polite and awesome.Free tea, coffee, latte, espresso, and you make it all on your own. They had a laundry room free of charge with detergent, etc, available! Close walks to many venues and restaurants. Free water and ice. Had vending machines downstairs for late night munchies.

The hotel didn't arrange my booking. Theydidn't assist in finding my booking. I had a hard time contacting Hotels.com to confirm my booking with them.
