The entire property is beautiful and immaculately maintained and the staff is professional and friendly. The location is perfect. The center of town is an easy walk away and, in the opposite direction, there is a pretty dam with ducks. There are also several good restaurants within a five minute walk. The hotel restaurant is also excellent.

Very attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you 😀 😊 my wife and I we will go back definitely.

Hotel with beautiful grounds, pool and gym

Resort type of hotel spread out on beautiful grounds with large pool and well equipped gym. Many terraces and sitting areas as well as a full service restaurant are nicely integrated in between guest rooms. Some rooms have limited daylight due to their location and small windows. The reception personal spoke limited English and beyond calling us a taxi no concierge services were available.

A Hidden Gem: Exceptional Stay at Villa Maria Cristina Villa Maria Cristina exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality made my visit truly special. The property itself is stunning—every corner is a visual delight. The architecture and design of the buildings are so unique and beautifully preserved, making it a treat to explore. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. One of the highlights was the free parking, which added convenience to an already flawless experience. From the serene ambiance to the exceptional service, my entire day there was among the best I’ve had. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet welcoming retreat, I can’t recommend Villa Maria Cristina enough. It’s a perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and top-tier service. I can’t wait to return

This was possibly the best vacation stay I’ve ever had! The owners have clearly put love and care and meticulous intentionality behind every detail of the property which is simply a visual feast! Our room, which was the Barbara was spacious overlooked the pool. Everyone who worked there was friendly and kind. One Young man in particular stood out. His name was Elihu and we saw him every morning as he served us the most delicious breakfast of fruit and Chilaquiles with eggs and yogurt and granola and coffee and orange juice. It was heavenly and he was phenomenal. He also brought us a bottle of wine as we sat by the pool one morning. I cannot recommend this property more highly! And the next time I’m coming back. I’m renting the presidential suite! Thank you to the owners and management for making such a heaven on earth a real reality for travelers!
