The front staff, Richard was very nice. We were there for 2 days and there was no hot/warm/luke warm water or WiFi. Bed was comfortable.

Uncompromising Business

I arrived and the room was not to my liking. There was minimal natural light and hairs from the previous guests on the bathroom floor. The bed was also stiff, so I asked to cancel the reservation. They said they would have to charge me the full amount, but their terminal wasn’t working. The whole experience was a headache.

Reasignación de hotel a último minuto

Inicialmente teníamos está reserva y nos cambiaron unas cuantas horas al hotel santa Regina que es parte de la misma cadena pero la limpieza en áreas comunes no era adecuada, el colchón viejo e incómodo y supuestamente tenía desayuno incluido que cuando llegue a Santa Regina me indican que el hotel que yo habia reservado no tenía desayuno, al final si lo incluyeron pero no era un desayuno espectacular tanto que el segundo día optamos por comer en otro restaurante. El personal es lo mejor ya que siempre fueron muy atentos.

I was very excited to take my husband to Guanajuato to experience the city and the Cervantino festival and I found this hotel at a great price last minute. ALL of the staff at Real de la Presa really helped make our travel experience a wonderful one. Starting with their timeliness to answer messages over the app, offering suggestions for places to eat or what transportation to take, and the cleanliness and welcoming of the hotel. The room was very spacious with a nice view, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. In the area there are many small places to grab a quick bite to eat with genuine Mexican flavors. We personally loved Danny’s menudo and la Cocina de Laura. This hotel is about a mile walk to the center or a quick 15 min drive via taxi/bus. I will defiantly visit again soon!
