Nice hotel, excellent staff, breakfast location was a short walk from the hotel, great area in the historic district. The mattresses could use replacing and if your bothered by late night noise, you’ll want to choose a different property.

Guanajuato is a place, to just never get tired of visiting it ., hotel was clean simple but i dont have nothing to complain, the breakfast was very delicious 😋 was there for two nights.

It is a fantastic place in an old house And the location is excellent Hotel is clean, staff members are very nice and helpful (to tell the truth, everybody in Guanajuato is) Don’t expect the amenities of the high end American hotels, but, who needs that when you are in the middle of one of the most beautiful cities in the world

What a pleasant surprise... I was a guest during MEX Independence celebrations in Sept 2023. There are nicer hotels in the area; however, they are much more expensive. The location is close to everything and the room I got had double layered windows that cut noise levels dramatically. I stayed in room # 41. It faces Calle Alonso. Furthermore, the site has an elevator and that helped with my bad knee. The breakfast was off site and ok. I only went once. I didn't give the site five stars because: THE ROOMS HAVE NO AC - SO, BE WARNED ABOUT STAYING HERE DURING HOT MONTHS. I just opened my room window and used the ceiling fan. I had no problem getting good night rest because I always travel with ear plugs and the street noise didn't bother me.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Jesus, at the front desk was amazing. I loved the rooms and the proximity to everything. I have already booked this hotel again in May 2026. If i had one suggestion, it would be to have the breakfast vouchers valid at more than one place.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Our King room was small but perfect for two people. Although some reviews say the rooms are noisy because of bars, that was not the case with our room which faced the back of the hotel. We were located at the center of everything the city had to offer which made it very easy to walk everywhere. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast at this location but at another location just about 3-5 minutes walking distance which we didn’t mind since we were ready to start our day exploring the city anyway.
