Super great stay. The staff were very nice and you couldn’t ask for a better location right in the middle of central historico. The included breakfast is a little difficult to get to but it’s well worth it.

The location is great, close to everything. But it's not so quiet at night.the room is clean but the bathroom is too small, towels are a little bit hard. The staffs are very friendly. But the breakfast is lacking of varieties.

Colonial style hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Walkable considering its donwtonw location and relatively small city. Rooms are up to date and clean. We would stay here again.

The property and location were fantastic. The parking situation is terrible. We were charged $1/hr even though it was advertised as free parking, and the lot was 1/2 mile away from the property.

The hotel is very nice. You’ll have the basics in the room. Staff was very friendly and kind. It does get noisy at night from traffic and people out walking- but def worth it. Very central to all key areas in Guanajuato.

Very enjoyable stay

The hotel is in a very central location, quite safe, close to everything. The room was very big with a view to the city. On the negative side, it had noise from the street because of that. The stuff is friendly. The breakfast is amazing! I would stay there again.

Location was amazing! Our room had a balcony with alley view. Staff was great, very helpful and room was very clean and spacious. Room definitely has noise cancellation because we didn’t hear any noise during nighttime. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I’d stay here again without a doubt!

The Room was small for a King Suite but very nice and new Bed and Pillows were awful bed hard pillows too small. We were in the street side beautiful view but not quiet at all no sleep from the street noise and bad bed and pillows.

Nice, clean room. Helpful staff. Right in the middle of it all-which means it was not quiet. Parking is difficult to find and figure out without internet connection. Breakfast had many options.
