Absolutely stunning view! 🌅

Absolutely stunning view! The service was amazing! We were a little disappointed with there being hairs in the bed, but the cleaning staff offered to take care of the situation. The view makes it worth it all! It’s stunning watching the sunrise 🌅 and the sunset.

We loved this hotel. Great quiet view of Guanajuato. We were able to see the whole city without hearing a sound from it. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating for meals. Overall, we would come back.

The staff was fantastic, the view is the best in town. Our room was Delafee has a terrace huge bathroom. You will need a taxi to get into town , it’s about 4 dollars one way. Well worth it! Will return!!

I had Delafee room, best room ever! The view was amazing. King side bed huge restroom . I highly recommend. The staff goes out of their way for you. Please tip people that help you out there.

Wonderful views friendly staff, easy on the budget

Very friendly staff! Incredible views. We loved the walk to and from town (get ready for lots of up and down hills). This is a budget stay. Prepare to bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Glad they offered bottle water in the main area for us to refill our water. The chain was broken on our toilet. We let the staff know but no one came to fix it so we fixed with a bobby pin.

The views were gorgeous. The area was nice. The room was very outdated and had no windows. Made no sense to book this place and have a room without views. The staff was nice. Clean property but definitely needed a renovation

It says coffee and tea in common area. No coffee or tea in common area. It says courtesy shuttle. Then they tried to charge the taxi rate for the shuttle' Here is what courtesy shuttle means. Yes, complimentary and courtesy mean free. Yes, it sounds fine to say courtesy shuttle or complimentary bus. Complimentary and courtesy mean that they are provided for their customers, not for everybody. They are free to the customer, not to the person who happens to walk in from the street.
