Lo que me gustó fue el estilo de la hab. La decoración muy bonita y los blancos en muy buen estado.El desayuno incluido en la tarifa super completo. Lo que no me gustó es que la hab que nos asignaron es muy ruidosa, tanto por el ruido de la calle como el ruido de adentro. Al checkin me dijeron que el desayuno no estaba incluido y me dieron los cupones correspondientes hasta que les compartí los detalles de mi reserva. Antes de salir un dia pedi que me llevaran amenidades, ya que en la limpieza no me las habian dejado y cuando regrese despues de horas no habia nada. Tuve que volver a hablar La tablet no funcionaba, aunque esta ya no la reporté pero son cosas que deben checarse con anticipación. En un momento creimos que el control de la tv no estaba y nos dijeron que no habia otro para proporcionarnos. Finalmente lo encontramos entre la base de la cama y el colchon

Original room had no natural light. Dungeon like atmosphere. Asked for better room. Got so-called luxury room at twice the price where the shower didn't work (scolding or freezing options only) and loud vibration on scolding. Jacuzzi tub only gave scolding water and stench if sewer while operating. Way too many stairs. Nuts were stale. Wine not worth drinking.

La verdad el lugar está increíblemente bonito el hotel, todo muy bien y funcional, incluyendo el wifi, la limpieza, la atención del staff, el estacionamiento considerando lo complicado que es en la región encontrarlo, lo cercano a todo y lo tranquilo, fue una estancia muy agradable, solo considerar para personas con alguna limitación el subir escaleras pero el confort del lugar lo compensa, gracias por todo y claramente volveremos en la primer oportunidad.
