Beautiful hotel grounds and excellent services by the ost kind staff. However the room we had was clean but very basic and old, missing the little things like cups , mini fridge and coffee machine. The hotel is located a bit out of the way, about 20 min walk to the town center (centre historica) However only a short taxi ride $3-$4 us dollars. and the hotal front desk can call you a taxi anytime.

The property is great, nice areas to relax and a lot things are within minutes of walking or driving. Th only bad thing on my experience was the the exhaust fan in my restroom wasn't working.

One of the few properties with their own parking. Can walk to (good 10/15 minutes)…. Not so bad going… on the way back it’s part up hill plus you might already be tired from all the walking / shopping.

Terrible recommendation given by one of the employeses to hire a tour. Mummy museum was left for last when we had done all our shopping. Where told by the tour guide from van 0036 to go walking back to our hotel because he had to leave that it was 10 min away, yeah well maybe if your a local and know how to use the callejones.

Toilet is blocked at our room. We contacted front desk and it took ~1 hour for them to change us to a different room. There is no hair dryer, no hot water for shower in the new room. I caught a cold after a shower. Don’t book this hotel. It’s terrible.
