Came into the area for an event. Becky gave amazing service the minute we walked through the door. Our room was very beautiful with a nice view of the ocean (you’re not directly on the beach but close enough to see the water.) Room had a beautiful aesthetic to it and made for a comfy nights rest. Restaurant list was provided at check-in which helped us narrow down options for the next morning! Keeping this spot in mind for next time we’re in town! 😊

Very pleasant stay; the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is great; the hotel is across the highway from the ocean and a nearby shopping area/gas station is 1-2 short blocks away. We will stay here again next time we're in the area.

Pet friendly, clean. Comfortable bed. Our couch in our room, had a throw over the back. The wife took the throw off to cover herself because she had a chill. The top of the couch had a big hole in the middle. Other then that it was a fairly nice room.

The Horizon Room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. While many of the inn's rooms have convenient direct access from the free parking lot, the Horizon Room felt more like a traditional hotel room. It was located in a bright, well-lit foyer, which gave the area a more upscale, welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated their kindness and customer service.

It was a great little place to stay. It is in the heart of Gualala so it was very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. They do have limited office hours but they are still availble if needed. We would stay there again.

Nice view of the ocean and Gualala River. Liked the fireplace heater even though I didn't need to use it. Looks like wood burning in the fireplace. Nice to look at.
