We're having a wonderful stay. The pemises are cozy and comfortable - it's not like a stuffy chain hotel. Staff is friendly and kind. Very happy to be here.

Very pleasant stay; the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is great; the hotel is across the highway from the ocean and a nearby shopping area/gas station is 1-2 short blocks away. We will stay here again next time we're in the area.

Nice view of the ocean and Gualala River. Liked the fireplace heater even though I didn't need to use it. Looks like wood burning in the fireplace. Nice to look at.

It was a great little place to stay. It is in the heart of Gualala so it was very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. They do have limited office hours but they are still availble if needed. We would stay there again.

This property is affordable. It’s right next to Highway 1 but the room seems to be well insulated and most of the traffic slows down after 6 PM. Be aware that lots of Contractors stay here. They seem to wander into each other‘s room and talk loudly. They also cook their meals inside their rooms. Sometimes the smells were quite spicy. But all was quiet after 9 PM. As a single woman staying here for three nights, I felt safe.

This property is owned by a local family who takes pride in their establishment. The rooms are affordable, clean, comfortable, and functional. The beds are fantastic! Family-friendly and perfectly located: just a short walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend!
