A great surprise

A really great little hotel in center is town, seems like a family run place. Super nice staff the room was small but very clean and comfortable. Everything seems new. On my first day wifi was not working in room, the owner called me personally and told me he would get on it. Next day wifi was working perfectly, amazing service and attention to detail. Secured parking lot is half a block away and hotel has a little coffee bar on the corner with great expresso and treats. Will definitely go back! Thank you.

This hotel was very disappointing. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I think I need a chiropractor now. The room was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty and full of hair. Paint on the walls was peeling and it appeared to have mold. The bathroom was not clean and the walls had brown stains next to the toilet. The floor was even dirty. The TV did not work and the WIFI was either extremely slow or did not work. We gave up on trying to use it. The surrounding area was bad and unsafe. Homeless and drug users roaming around. The only good thing about this hotel is that the AC worked good.

Hotel located in the middle of an old neighborhood with only a convenient store available a few blocks away; did not feel safe at night in this area. Multiple taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel. Small coffee shop downstairs but both days I was there it was closed. On second day internet failed...Next day after check-in, my bank contacted me to tell me there was a fraud attempt against my credit card. While I can't say with certainty the hotel is responsible, here are the facts: 1) fraud attempt was made by someone in Mexico; 2) I had not used my credit card in Mexico for over a month; 3) the fraud attempt happened immediately the next morning after checking-in to this hotel...Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again!

Es un horror este hotel, tienen las tuberías podridas y te quedas sin agua, te dan 5 litros de agua en una cubeta para que te bañes y la administres. Además son mentirosos, te prometen dar solución y lo único que te dan son otros 5 litros de agua. Y la habitación no tiene lo que promete. Nunca volvería ahí ni porque me regalaran noches de cortesía. !!!!

El hotel, NO se encuentra en la Av. Chapultepec, sino a unas 10 cuadras de ese lugar... en otra zona (algo fea). A las 11:59 a. m. en punto "me invitaron" a dejar la habitación del hotel... (no es agradable la invitación)
