The hotel has a new building extension in the back that's on a sketchy street. Unfortunately I was placed there. The main building is in a good location. This is not a good location for black people, stick to the city center

The staff had my reservation ready, my room was clean and just what I expected. The shower was hot and water pressure good. Breakfast at Dalia's is nothing special, but since it's included, it's a good deal. There's a Subway for sandwiches, an ice cream place and an OXXO convenience store right there. Sometimes the staff has coffee downstairs for guests, but it's pretty random. If you're going... ask for a room towards the back. If you're in the front, the street noise may bother you. In the back, it pretty quiet.
