i loved the staff and the cleaning crew was amazing but our room was right above the rooftop restaurant so every morning we could hear them move the tables and chairs for breakfast. we also found a huge roach in our room on the third day there. the view was amazing but definitely wished there’s a bit more for the price we paid.

The room was really clean, and modern. The staff were very welcoming. The amenities were great, considering the prime location. It should be noted that parking is a struggle and you can only do Valet parking which has an additional surcharge. We went during the soccer World Cup games and it was very pleasant to be walking distance from prime locations.

The bell boy forgot to give us a piece of luggage and I had to pay more than 1000 pesos to go back to the hotel from the airport. Thank God I did not lose my flight but that was careless and irresponsible on their behalf. Further, the walls were extremely dirty, literally ALL the walls!! Why?? Some outlets were not working However, the beds, buffet breakfast, and restaurant view of the cathedral was the best part.
