When it was time to check in for the reservation, the host was very difficult to reach and communication was frustrating. She eventually sent me a link to pay the remaining balance, which I paid. The final amount was slightly higher, which I understood and had no issue with. After making the payment, she then demanded that I send her a receipt, which I found confusing and unnecessary since the payment had already been made through the link she provided. Overall, the entire interaction was stressful and made the experience much more difficult than it needed to be. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT — I would not recommend booking here.

The room worked out for the most but it is not a hotel. It’s advertised as a hotel. Then they tell you that you will pay at the hotel but still you put in your card info thinking they won’t charge but they did. And then the owner also send someone to charge me with a little ATM machine. At that moment I was unaware of the double charge. I’ve been back and forth for the past 3 weeks with Expedia and they have not resolved. I reached out to the owner and he has ignored my messages. I don’t recommend to book from someone that is not professional.

El lugar es un fraude, jamás me contestó mensajes, llame a Expedia México y tampoco les contestaron a ellos. Me hicieron el cargo a mi Tarjeta y al final tuve que buscar otro hotel. No se les ocurra hacer reservas aquí por ningún motivo.
