Mariano and the condominium staff were very helpful. We had our previous reservation by another company cancelled and we were stranded. And they helped us with the security access and access to apartment. The swimming pool and facility was very nice.

It is a fantastic condo. It’s in a good location but you have to walk about15 mins. Or take an uber to the restaurants. There is no coffee maker and the spices in the kitchen were only salt and pepper. I had no contact with any person but they attended my needs (batteries for the remote xontrol$ overall pretty good

I like the facilities, the play and swimming pool area. There were There were some faults in the bathroom extractors and some cleanning issues but But nothing too serious. The construction issue looks a bit ugly, but it's understandable.

Pretty views and comfortable beds. Bathrooms showers did not look very clean rugs were so dirty we didnt want to step on them. At check in they didn't have our apartment ready and switched us to a different property nearby and then moved us again the next day.

The place and location are beautiful. The apartment was spacious for my family. However, it did not look clean. The floors, counters, and rugs were all dirty. It seemed like they checked out the prior guest and did a minimal refresh but did not actually clean the place after the last guests. That was very disappointing as I have children and want them to be in a clean area. There is also no one to report anything to. We were taken to the apartment by someone and never saw them again. The front desk seems to be for sales and they don’t have any information otherwise. This is regarding unit B601. My brother’s family stayed in a different unit and their place seemed clean.

In case it is not obvious, this is not a hotel, it's an apartment. But a very nice one. Location was perfect. We had everything we wanted within minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping. etc. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The terrace is enjoyable. the view and sunsets are beautiful. The kitchen is what you expect from an AirBnB. The beds were comfortable. Nicer than most midrange hotels. The not so good: There is no 'service' but that's how some people prefer to travel. No front desk, no room service. You get the keys from the security booth at the entrance of the building. There is no contact information. The form to contact the owner says response will be in a few days. We traveled in May. It was crazy hot. The windows are not polarized, the apartment was an oven. The AC was pretty useless in the afternoon. I sent a note via the form. The next day a very nice man showed up and brought some fans and an evaporative cooler which made it much nicer. If you travel whenever temp is moderate you should have no problems

We had an excellent aerial view of Guadalajara from our balcony which provided a wonderful opportunity to gradually wind-down the night, following each day of activities during our 9-day stay. Upon arrival, our check-in was brief and informative, which included an orientation of the complex. Additionally, the Latitud Providencia maintains secured access to its facility which provides added comfort for visitors.

Our stay here was wonderful overall. The property itself is fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were great, the amenities were exactly as described, and most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. It has so much going for it and is truly a lovely place to stay. The only downside to our experience was the check-in/front desk service. One of the receptionists we dealt with was quite unprofessional and unhelpful when we had questions. It was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise great hospitality we experienced during our trip. Also, no access to the gym.
