Friendly and professional service. Loved to be able to check-in just after midnight, it is 7/24 hours check-in and you can get into the hotel anytime. I always got back after midnight due to the World Cup activities with no any problem to access to the hotel.

The hotel and staff are great. Very clean and friendly. Bathrooms need a fan for ventilation though. Not a walkable area outside, but you can easily take an Uber or get delivery.

The AC does not work half of the time and when it does it does not cool - i was sweating in my room and there are no windows so it feels suffocating. Other then that, the rooms are spacious and friendly staff. The locating is ok not ideal to walk out by yourself.

Hotel it’s small but cozy everything it’s nice and clean maybe they can have AC on the common area but I really didn't used it , bed are a little too hard but that’s only because I’m used to softest mattress.

Lo único que nos extrañó fue que solo dan UNA tarjeta para el cuarto. Es muy incómodo tener solo una llave cuando va más de 1 persona. La caja fuerte estaba descompuesta, no hay caja de seguridad para dejar cosas de valor. Es importante mencionar ese tipo de cosas cuando uno está buscando hotel e importante mencionarlo al llegar al hotel. El auricular del teléfono no funcionaba, lo reportamos y no hicieron nada al respecto. Cuando uno habla a recepción para cualquier cosa, lo tienes que poner en altavoz.

El hotel por precio esta excelente no se pide mas, lo unico la cama estaba llena de morusas y el primer dia no estaba funcionando el aire acondicionado a esto último si nos hicieron mención al llegar
