Good location in the main square, allowing easy access to all local facilities eg restaurants, bars and tours. Restaurant service, food and decor (traditional) were really lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooftop bar was also lovely. Great views over both Tequila and out to the hills. Staff were great and also very friendly and helpful. Had a good massage in the spa, much needed after lots of travelling and moving around. Would recommend this hotel. Perhaps a little more expensive than others in the area (that’s a guess and not a fact) but I think it’s worth the extra.

The hotel is very accommodating and responsive. Anytime I called to the lobby from my room, even during late hours, they came to my room and helped with whatever I needed. Parking was a breeze and the steward came down and helped us with our suitcases. The location is right at the plaza. The restaurant was very good and had excellent drinks. The staff were awesome! The rooms are so beautiful with all the bells and whistles. It is truly worth every peso!
