We were very disappointed to find that the property looks quite different in person compared to its online photos. Check-in was super fast, and the staff were attentive throughout our stay, which we appreciated arriving late at night. However, the room itself was a major letdown. It smelled musty, like it needed to be aired out, and we found a left-behind sticker on the wall as well as a dead roach in the closet. That roach remained there for two days until I finally pointed it out to the front desk. Furthermore, we paid extra for an upgraded room tier that was supposed to be larger and include a hot tub, but our room had neither. The mattresses were also extremely firm. While the restaurant offered great views to the Barranca de Huentitán, delicious, reasonably priced food (though the coffee was terrible), the Wi-Fi was the biggest issue. It dropped signal constantly, making it impossible for me to get any work done. The best part of the stay was definitely the location—it is super close to Arena Guadalajara, which was perfect for our concert. Overall, it feels like a property neglected by management, where the hardworking staff are left trying to make up for faulty amenities and poor upkeep.

There was a delay for warm water in the shower. The jacuzzi was very dirty I wish I could get my money back because that’s why I rented the hotel for the jacuzzi

I choose the master room, it was old dirty and the badroom was falling apart, noting was working no hot water no electric outlets and a cockroach was inside the room, they couldn’t find it, they give me a small room instead with no windows, and they were trying to charge more. En general the pool and spa were very dirty, I Don’t think I will ever comeback

Wasn't too impressed with the condition of the property, very outdated, pool was dirty, hot tub did not work. Our shower/tub was a bit awkward, the water pressure was real low on the standing shower.

This building is in terrible condition and poorly equipped. There is a rickety spiral wood staircase up to the second floor with a loose tread ready to fall off. Super dangerous particularly when none of the young staff at hand asked if we needed help with our luggage. The room itself had heavily textured stucco walls making it impossible to clean them. Mold and grime were everywhere, and the windows overlooking the street were blurry to say the least. And to top it off the room was crazy expensive. My wife found some kind of insects in the bed, so we decided to leave the "hotel" and find a new place to stay. One of the worst places I've ever seen.

Was not as nice as the photos made it out to be, but didn’t have bed bugs or roaches so it wasn’t too bad. WiFi didn’t reach my room, and the view could only be seen from the parking garage. Shower floods the bathroom and takes about 5 min for the hot water to get there. No heavy blankets, just sheets.
