The room assigned upon arrival was not what was advertised in the website at the time of booking online. Our assigned room was very small, poorly lit, and smelled bad. When we inquired to change or upgrade our room, the front desk staff was not courteous or accommodating. They claimed that that was our assigned room and no changes could be made. For these reasons, we left the hotel the next day and searched for another place to stay.

La habitación muy limpia. El personal muy amable. Muy fácil acceso y está en una zona muy sencilla de ubicar. El clima de la habitación muy bueno. Únicamente el siguiente detalle, la habitación que tenía asignada, tuvo el inconveniente que al llevarme hacia ella, tenía una parte del techo desprendido. No se sabe a qué hora sucedió ese incidente, puesto que yo llegué hasta las 4:00 pm y estaba este detalle. Me asignaron una nueva habitación y está estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Habría que revisar y darle mantenimiento. Es mi punto de vista. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.
