Not the place to have a good rest. Good for sports teams or music bands. Close to malls, stadiums and interesting places. Very noisy, the parking is in front of the rooms downstairs. So make sure you get second floor or third floor rooms. Either way you won´t rest because people are going in and out and make a lot of noise talking and running up and down stairs. The restaurant is not good. The maintanance is mediocre. The shower drain dispatch a bad bad odor and everytime you come to the room you sense that odor. We saw small roaches in the room.

The WiFi was terrible. Also, my key stopped working every other night and I had to go back to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. The AC just pushed constant cold air so by morning it was very cold. The shower was decent. Overall, I don't plan to stay there again.

Las condiciones del hotel son aceptables, muy limpio y con buen mantenimiento. Buscábamos un lugar sólo para dormir y dejar nuestras cosas y este hotel es adecuado al precio. El personal de recepción y restaurant es muy atento y servicial. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, pero funciona. Sólo tengo una nota negativa en el olor del agua del lavabo y regaderas, ya que tienen mal olor.

El personal es amable y atento, la limpieza bien. La comida no la probamos. El único pero que le pongo es que su estacionamiento es tan pequeño que ponen los coches en doble fila y hay que esperar para sacar tu vehículo.

Me gustó que la facturación fue rápida y cordial. No me gustó que no se respetara mi reservación con un depósito, cuando la página decía que era al llegar; entonces, estando en la terminal del aeropuerto de la CDMX, hice la transferencia para que me respetaran la reservación, con la dificulta de del wifi e inseguridad en el aeropuerto. Saludos.
