A Night Club... Not A Hotel!

- Would NOT check us in before 10:00pm! - Charged me 380 pesos for the room instead of 342 pesos reserved for on Hotels.com - Put us in a room by the street... even with window closed had music blarring til 2:00am! - Impossible to sleep at all! - I Need Hotels.com to give me a credit for this stay.

They charged me more than my expedia booking;s price. I am disputing with my credit card. The room was dirty with a cockroach, molding on the ceiling, noisy. One of the guests even turned on their TV lould after 1000pm.

La habitacion estaba muy sucia había manchas en la cama lo usaron como renta para ir tener relations y muy peligroso esa calle y sucio todo no recommendable , perdi mi dinero no me quede me mobile a otro hotel cuidado mi gente si van con familia no lo recommends.

Buena ubicación, nunca les llegó mi reservación, tuve que pagar sin el descuento de la aplicación, toallas con cabellos, cama y almohadas con chinches. No descansas con ese tipo de parásitos.
