A good value for the money. Given the exterior street scape marred with graffiti markings and decayed properties, the neighborhood appears safe. Street parking is easy. We were unpleasantly surprised during our Saturday night stay, when a dj party erupted above us on the roof terrace, without any publicity on the property, that lasted until 2:00 am. Impossible to sleep.

The hotel is pretty cute--- think bohemian chic but old-world at the same time. The room was also cute, clean, and comfortable. The AC, the bed, and cute bathroom provided much-needed comfort for my short stay. The hotel is situated in a residential area and is within walking distance of Colonia Americana neighborhood and Universidad de Guadalajara, which was great.

Beautiful place, room very clean, nice staff except for the restaurant cook. When I asked him a question he rolled his eyes and answered with "I don't know ". (Rude). The location of the hotel is very close to some night clubs or events place. I was there on a Saturday night and it was very loud, Not ideal for somebody who needs to be at the airport at 7am the next day. Check in is digital and little confusing but the ladys were super helpful and very patient with me on showing me how it worked. .

Everything about this place was perfect. There was someone at the door and I liked the fact that she didn't let me and walked me through how to use the keypad. Made me feel secure that they don't just open the door for anyone. The inside of the hotel was beautiful I love that vintage building look of Guadalajara. They have their own restaurant inside and there is a good pizza place across the street and a wine lounge next door. It is of walking distance of everything. This is my new and forever go to.

Pasamos un par de noches muy agradables, la habitación era cómoda y el hotel está bien ubicado respecto a nuestros intereses. Sin embargo al querer hacer check in poco antes de las 5pm la puerta se encontraba cerrada y al tocar la chica de limpieza nos abrió solicitándonos las claves de acceso las cuales no nos habían llegado por ningún medio, sin embargo ella nos pasó a nuestra habitación y nos la tuvo que proporcionar, cosa que si no la hubiéramos encontrado hubiera complicado bastante nuestro acceso. Ya que salía a las 6pm Salvo esa experiencia del check-in nuestra estancia fue agradable, cumplió con nuestras expectativas, tiene detalles decorativos lindos, que se fusionan y respetan las características antiguas del inmueble, y desayunar en Comedor Libre un must, definitivamente sí volveremos.

El lugar es muy agradable y la comida rica. La gente que atiende también es muy amable. Lo único malo es la señal de la TV: tenía un segurito de ropa como antena y se iba constantemente; había que estarle moviendo para poder verla. Ojalá arreglen eso porque por lo demás es un buen lugar.

La habitación excelente, hermosa y limpia. Las instalaciones lucían muy bien, modernas y bien conservadas. Sin embargo, el motivo por el que le doy 4 estrellas es porque las toallas olían a humedad y ese olor me desagrada bastante. Recomiendo lavarlas con agua caliente, bicarbonato y vinagre y con eso se les quita esa condición, porque aunque las laven con mucho detergente no se les quitará si no hacen lo que les digo.

Buena ubicación, cerca del centro. El agua del grifo del baño olía horrible, no me pude lavar las manos nunca con esa agua que despedía un olor terrible. La atención del personal, no muy amables las de recepción diciendo que para que tocamos si ya nos habían mandado un código para abrir puerta, cuando no lo habían mandado.
