This hotel is one of my favorite if not the only one I always chose when I travel alone or with family. They always accommodate my needs of special suite #. Quite and so close to downtown you don't need any type of transportation, but if you need one, Metro (Tren Ligero) is just 60 meters away!! easy to navigate on Metro and safe to walk on City. and the best,,, the staff lovely Younge people always ready to please you , Thanks to everyone :) Moises Adrian from Toronto

Surprised how good it was

Really great property for the price! Staff was very friendly and helpful, parking easy, restaurant solid and not too expensive. You get welcome drinks which I really liked! Plenty of bottled water offered by housekeeping. Close to everything we needed and walkable. Even though the property has an older style, I was surprised how modern it felt. Great value!!!

A very nice, clean hotel. A great find for the price. I would stay there again. Staff was very accommodating. The a/c was an individual unit in the room and it worked just fine.

Everyone who works at Hotel Plaza Casino goes out of their way to assist you…the bellboys, the maintenance workers who are always making sure the hotel always looks presentable & in tip top condition, the maid service keep the rooms very clean,the people in the restaurant are always very appreciate you going in & joining them for a bite to eat or to pick up a cocktail….special thanks to the front desk people…Stephanie, Ricardo & Ismael. P.S. they have taxi service at the hotel…Special thanks to Martin/ Taxi driver…he took me to places I wanted to go to & I felt secure with him accompanying me. Again Many Thanks Hotel Plaza Casino😊💫

Should have listened to the bad reviews. Front desk staff were not friendly. Rooms look nice through pictures but different story once you get there. Beds are uncomfortable and noisy. Walls are paper thin so we couldn’t sleep due to next door blasting their tv. Toilet also got flooded and when we called for service they informed us that their one maintenance guy was busy so we needed to wait for an awhile for assistance. Never came and couldn't wait anymore so we ended up having to call to get a plunger to unclogged the bathroom ourselves (never experienced that before at any other hotel). Showers were beat up too. They didn’t provide even a shower mat for us to not slip instead they gave us a small towel to use. Location is convenient however, if you don’t mind dealing with homeless that are exposing themselves to you or doing other things in broad daylight then by all means book this place. My mother and I have always tried to be polite and understandable when staying abroad, not wanting to come off as those Americans that like to complain about the smallest stuff but man this place was something else. First time staying at a place in Mexico (not our first rodeo) that kinda ruined our trip. If you don’t believe my review then look at others, even locals have bad stuff to say about it.

Un día llegué a las 23:10 hrs., después de estar acompañando a un familiar hospitalizado, encontré la entrada cerrada con una reja y al preguntar a una persona que supongo era el de seguridad del hotel y que estaba sentada al final del pasillo el cómo se abria, en lugar de acercarse, saludar, confirmar si era huésped, abrirme la reja y permitirme el paso, me gritó que jalara con fuerza la reja para abrirla. Una vez en el vestíbulo, observé que el Recepcionista estaba muy concentrado en su celular, indiferente a la atención y servicio a los huéspedes, sin capacitación ambos. Pésimo el servicio.
