Property needs attention and better employees. They are rude and the rooms need help. Tv never works properly. Bed light stayed on, shower head broke, water everywhere. Jacuzzi water is yellow still not fixed. Internet froze very often. That’s an easy fix but nobody cares. I asked to speak to Manager at one point or another during my 4 day stay. She never approached me.

The property is a decent part of the city ,we have stayed here many times over the last 3 years and it seems like the hotel is turning for the wrost for the price point they want to be in ,hotel will need some renovation if they want to charge $75 a night, because as of right now its looking more like a $30 a night hotel .

Very nice modern looking hotel. However repairs are needed. One of two faucets in Rm11 worked. Hot water was non-existent in shower even after 15-20 mins. Hand held shower did NOT work in tub.

Must Stay Here for SO Many Reasons

I continue to make this one of my top places to stay in all of Guadalajara. They are located walking distance from some to the best places to eat. They have an excellent gym just around the corner. The staff is amazing. The pool and bar are perfect to spend some evening time at. And the rooms are super business and pleasure friendly.

Perfect Gem

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is so nice and professional. The hotel is designer glam . The pool is great . The gym is very small and not much there but big gyms are around the corner . location is safe . This is a true small gem .
