Room was fine for a quick overnight, nothing special, needs to be upgraded, bathroom looked outdated. There is construction throughout Guadalajara, the area surrounding Fiesta Inn is affected and due to this you can’t go out. Staff was friendly

Made the whole airport thing easy!

My taxi driver knew just how to get there. The check-in was easy. Room just great. It was quiet. The restaurant was yummy. Service friendly and swift. I had a great night. Oh, and the shuttle was on time and easy!

We’re disappointed that the hotel did not provide airport transportation after 2 PM, despite it being listed as an available service. This was not mentioned in the reservation, and even after we contacted the hotel the night before to arrange it, no one informed us of the limitation. It wasn’t until check-in that we were told the van was in the shop. It would have been helpful to receive that information when we initially reached out, as we were trying to make arrangements in advance. As a result, we had to pay for a cab unexpectedly. Had we been advised earlier, we could have planned differently. We specifically chose this hotel because transportation was advertised, so the lack of communication significantly affected the value of our stay. We're also disappointed that we weren’t reimbursed or even offered a credit for the out-of-pocket expense.

It was very difficult for me to order for Room Service. They didn't have what was offered on the menu. I spent a lot of time trying to communicate in spanish. They really didn't understand me. Finally got someone who could understand English. It was frustrating. But they did try hard to make sure they got my order correct.
