They have a courtesy breakfast option, and it was made fresh to order, and took at most 15 minutes, depending on how busy the lady was. I would definitely come back! Staff was great and courteous!

Home away from home...

Pretty amazing little hotel. Definitely nice to have the kitchen. Staff is outstanding and breakfast is great too! If this is your first time visiting Guadalajara you may want to pick a different Hotel closer to Center or Chapultepec. Otherwise this hotel gets a 9 out of 10.

The room was okay but the bathroom always had a pretty bad smell even after they cleaned it again for us. The kitchen in the room didn’t have any basic things like salt or paper towel for example. Most of the staff were pretty nice though, The breakfast included had limited options to eat. It was not a buffet like it is in other hotels.

The staff was very kind and accomodating. My flight was delayed and staff scheduled for the morning shift was there likely much earlier than the regular shift to meet me and assist me with my luggage to the room at 5am, even though their website indicates latest check-in is at 10pm and then 3pm the following afternoon. The following morning, I was catered to personally by their staff and provided with a nice breakfast which included cereal, pan dulce, a cappuccino and fresh orange juice. The facility has water stations and provides fresh water in your room with a refillable glass container and a mini fridge to keep things cool. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I highly recommend the hotel. Staff will take great care of you as well.
