There was NO phone in the room. I was told the phones were all sent to maintenance. I asked how I could contact the front desk in case of emergency and was told to use my cell phone. The WiFi said “Unsafe” and would not let me connect. The TV picture was terrible. There seemed to be no one else in the hotel. It felt very unsafe.
