Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and truly attentive. My room was clean, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Today, for Día de Reyes, the manager surprised me with a beautiful and delicious mini rosca, which made my stay even more special. The hotel is very neglected, the towels are extremely old, and the cleaning staff is not properly trained to clean. The courtyards are abandoned and strewn with trash; there is no hot water in the bathroom; and to top it all off, the front desk staff is extremely rude.

I booked 3 rooms in the beginning of January, 2026. Every room had a musty smell. The showers were covered in mold. The toilet overflowed twice in one of the rooms. The pools were not maintained. I was double charged for a breakfast meal. It has been over a month since my visit and I am still waiting for my refund. The staff were very friendly and polite.
