Good with some kinks

The house was very clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean, we got enough towels. The rooms were very roomy, a bit hot since there is no a/c or ceiling fans. The shower has a good pressure however its very difficult to regulate the right temperature, everyone complained that the upstairs bathroom was very hot water and couldnt regulate. So everyone opted to shower in the downstairs bathroom with was easier to manage the water temperature. The kitchen was well equipped, however out of the 4 mugs only 2 functioned, since the other 2 were cracked and leaked from the bottom. And there was only 1 knife and the utensils were very limited, kind of odd since the cabin is meant for 12 people, so they should have enough stuff to cook and serve at least 12 people.

The cabin was dirty, dirty towels and blankets. The location was too far from the main entrance, without car the distance to the main street or downtown was very distance. When I rented the cabin, they never told me what the cabin locatin ...the first night when we arrive , there was no hot water, we called the office but nobody answered. The furniture was too old .

This is a car town. Event though my cabin was .8 miles from downtown. The hills are steep and unless you are used to walking such steep hills, it does get exhausting. Our cabin boy even got tired walking with us. No Uber, they have taxis, so you better ask the office your exact address of your cabin. The downtown area is very nice. The cabin had everything you would need to cook. Even a grill outside. The only issue was consistent hot water. Due to the mild climate, no AC in the cabins. When it gets cold, you can build a fire.

Desafortunadamente muestran en su publicidad una excelente cabaña y la verdad nos topamos con algo deteriorado y con ciertas deficiencias de funcionalidad, por ejemplo el boiler no funcionaba correctamente, la Chimenea no funciona, el asador en mal estado, el área de fogata inhabilitado, las regaderas no funcionan correctamente, la regadera no tiene cortina y se tira el agua, ni un cesto de basura, no limpian la habitación las noches posteriores ni ponen ninguna amenidad, las tejas de l cochera cayéndose con la posibilidad de dañar tu automóvil, el colchón en mal estado, haciendo pésima la relación calidad precio, la verdad fue una pésima experiencia acorde a eso. Lo bueno fue la ubicación y amplias habitaciones. No se sí a propósito les dejan lo peor a las plataformas para que reserves directamente con la propiedad, porque se observan cabañas en mejores condiciones pero para Expedía dejan lo peor que tienen. Luego las puertas cayéndose, las llaves de agua tanto del baño y el fregador no funcionan correctamente y las áreas verdes están al 80% descuidadas al rededor de la cabaña hasta dejaron por tres días basura de poda de plantas tiradas en el camino de las cabañas y hasta unas ramas con espinas las cuales pudieron ocasionar algún problema con nosotros los huéspedes. Entonces o ustedes como plataforma exigen mejores condiciones o mejor no sugieran lugares como este que no ofrecen lo que en apariencia y expectativa al cliente
