Everyone was so friendly! And the service was amazing. Although the reviews I've seen for this property were poor, my experience was actually great! I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I would definitely book again if I'm out in the area again 😊

The hotel room is okay it was clean, it does need a full size mirror. The bathroom could use a deep clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff needs to improve their customer service, they were not that friendly and took forever to wait on us, on everything when we were the only four people in the restaurant. The food was good though.

The size of the room was good. Greeting new customers needing to be reassess by Manager. Outside the hotel is a very rough neighbourhood. Not recommended for solo female traveller. I was really looking forward to explore Centro Historico in Guadalajara. I will not go back in that area again. I walked half a block and had to return to my room. It felt it was very dangerous. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the hotel considering the location and barely any amenities. Also was a lot further to get to the airport than stated on Expedia. It was 42 minutes from the airport to get to the hotel opposed to 21 minutes as stated in the publicity. I had to pay 300 pesos to get to Centro Historico and 450 pesos to the taxi cash money to get back to the Guadalajara airport ( their shuttle !!!). Pricey shuttle.

Great location, walking distance to restaurant, the historic center, and shopping. Having a parking garage walking distance was a plus. It had a restaurant on premise, very helpful. The room needed upgrading, The room had a strong odor. The bathroom was small, not enough space to place personal items needed. It also needs an upgrading.

The location is helpful if you want walking access to Centro and access to public transportation. Streets around were unkept and some unhoused individuals. Our room showed significant wear and tare in the bathroom. Room was a bit small. Roof top pool was nice and provided nice views of the city. No early check-in was available and receptionist not too eager to assist with accommodating our early arrival.
