I enjoyed my stay at the Baruk. I have stayed in many hotels in Guadalajara. This one is centrally located, within walking distance of many restaurants. The Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!

Great clean hotel near Chapalita and many other great places in Guadalajara. We walked every day we stayed there and found delicious food just minutes away. The staff were super friendly! Definitely a place I would recomend. Pool is tiny thats is the only thing.

Short on staff. Booked a suit with tub. The tub was full of dirt. Took 3 days for the hotel to take action after repeated follow ups. The guys at the reception are not trained properly.

Es un hotel muy bonito definitivamente y muy seguro. Sin embargo, el check in es muuuuuy lento. Las chicas que están en recepción son poco organizadas y de cierto modo groseras. Llegué desde las 10:00 am. (Sabiendo que el check in es a las 15:00 PM, me recibieron mi equipaje, se agradece). Pero después de esperar taaaantas horas simplemente pasaron a otras personas antes que a nosotros. Nos dijeron "siéntense por favor y les llamamos" hicimos caso a sus instrucciones (incluidos otras personas que estaban esperando) para que llegaran otras personas a la fila y simplemente los pasaron primero. Otros 40 minutos para poder hacer check in y nos dicen "tienen que formarse" entonces? Por fin? De ahí en fuera los botones y el personal de limpieza muy amables. Con demasiadas atenciones. La habitación muy bella, con mucho espacio y la vista también. Restaurantes cerca, te ofrecen transporte. Se agradece el café, el agua y las galletas de cortesía diario.

La recepcionista en turno tuvo un pésimo servicio,se portó grosera,la reserva estaba a mi nombre y llegué a las 9.00 am a informar que el check in lo haría mi esposo ya que yo tenía que retirarme a un curso, después de estar formada un rato esperando mi turno, apenas saludé e iba a explicar la situación y esta persona me cayó y me comentó que no podía atenderme por que tenía que atender a su compañera (quien llegó después de mi) y además había más clientes formados, no quiso tomar mis datos ni los de mi esposo. Mi esposo regresó a hacer el check in aprox 30 min antes de las 3.00pm para revisar si ya estaba lista la habitación ya que habíamos viajado desde las 5.00 am ese día igual que a mí ni siquiera lo dejaron hablar y le dijeron que hasta las 3.00 pm. A las 3.00 pm la habitación no estaba lista, terminaron entregándole hasta las 3.30 pm, la habitación si estaba lista pero la recepcionista no supo actualizar el sistema y por eso hasta que se solicitó ayuda al gerente aceleraron el proceso, además de que pusieron muchas trabas, cabe destacar que la reserva se pagó por adelantado con 15 días de anticipación, por la noche tuvimos que solicitar la clave del wi-fi y nos comentaron que la tuvieron que haber entregado al momento del check in y al momento del check out nos solicitaron un recibo que también se supone debió de haber entregado en el check in.El resto del personal en restaurant y sobre todo el botones nos atendieron de manera excelente y la habitación excelente.
