it was pretty hard to check in since theres no one there it was hard to contact them to get keys to the room. the cleaning lady was amazing she got us a phone number that was very hard to get someone on the other side to get keys.

Spotless and Close to the American Consulate

Everything was so clean, I really enjoy the place. I wish I had heard about this place before, I’ll return for sure, if you are looking for a great and affordable place to stay close to the American Consulate, this is the place.

La habitación estaba sucia, colchas y toallas sucias, el mayor problema es que cuentan con problemas de plaga de cucarachas, encontramos cucarachas en la cama y donde sea, la persona no me daba respuesta a la situación. Muy mal servicio. No funciona el aire. No cuenta con enchufes. Pésimo la verdad ñ.

La persona que lo lleva es súper atenta y le comenté que en mi cuarto no había frigo bar y en menos de 10 min ya tenía uno instalado en mi habitación y le conté una problemática que tuve y me permitió acceder antes del check in

Una gran opción de hospedaje

El auto check in es muy útil, el lugar es muy tranquilo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es excelente. Tuve un problema con la fecha de mi reserva y me ayudaron a resolverlo de inmediato y de manera muy fácil! A pesar de no haber personal fijo como tal, fueron muy eficientes. Sin duda regresaría.

De hotel boutique no tiene nada

Mal, no hubo cambio de toallas ni papel higiénico (servicio de limpieza ) en mis 3 días de estancia, pedí un cambio de habitación porque la publicación decía cama queensize pero era matrimonial y no quisieron cambiarme de habitación a pesar de que cubriría yo con los gasto extras por hacerlo, quedaron en resolverme más nunca pasó, no ofrecían servicios de streaming, ni si quiera señal de TV.
