“Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!”

“We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing!
