Vacations Close To Lourdes Grotto

Tuvimos unas muy buenas vacation es excelentes. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. En especial Santos del staff siempre nos atiendio todo el tiempo y se preocupó por ayudarnos. Muy recomendado

Disappointed in my stay at the Riu palace antillas , my room had no wifi, I was told I wasn’t able to eat at the buffet during the day because there was no space. Restaurants are not by reservation so we weren’t able to try 3 out of 4 restaurants. Completely defeated the purpose of an all inclusive. And much more Beach was stunning though

Everyone is friendly, helpful and accommodating! The hotel truly tries to cater to your every need the beach is easy to get to and absolutely stunning- going to be hard to ever top Baby Beach. We didn’t think it was ever too crowded , but more just the normal beach crowd My husband and I were never bored , so many wonderful staff and guests to meet Upgrade to the Preferred Club was totally worth it, Loved our ocean view room The food and entertainment were fantastic and we have to give a special shout out to Shymela and head chef Jason at Portofinos for truly making my husbands birthday extra special . Made the whole vacation! Richard in the Preferred Club making amazing cocktails and Ceasar in preferred club pool for his extra attention Housekeeping and turn down service were perfect Thankyou to our butler Jeff, although we didn’t meet until later in our stay( not his fault) he was there for anything we needed . We just have to get better at utilizing a butler as we didn’t really know how maximize his services. Thankyou to ALL the AWESOME staff at UVC, especially AJ . We look forward to returning as you cannot beat Baby Beach Overall, we will back and as first timers to an all inclusive , this is going to be hard to top Thankyou to Everyone !
