The elevators. We’re not working waited 1 hour to go Down. I had to use the stairs as well with kids and stroller, not that great experiencia, pool hours are not open as it shows online ones i finally found it open some Area where close . Staff where great they did what was on their hands to be able to help out. Room was clean .

Very professional and clean

Beware of the hidden resort fees and parking fees. An additional 75 a day for that which is not made obvious when booking. And the parking location is not clear at all. Had to drive around for 40 minutes in circles before finally calling the front desk to try and figure out where to go to park. The resort fees are absurd. The hotel is average and the casino is ok but we spent more time elsewhere during our 5 day stay. Drink ladies don’t come around often and slots were super tight. Probably won’t stay here again.
