Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was convenient and easy to get around from. Check-in and parking were smooth, and the spa services were a nice added touch. The true gem about this hotel is the staff, they are so kind, friendly and professional! We received an excellent recommendation for a place to celebrate our anniversary, we're always greeted with a friendly smile and a can do attitude, and it feels like they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a nice size and the decor is pleasant. There is plenty of parking. There was an issue with our bed, and the wonderful person who checked us out was so sweet and offered us breakfast vouchers to their restaurant to improve our experience. This was particularly appreciated, as this was not expected and it made us feel yet again that the staff truly care for their guests. We also had a divine experience at the cerulean spa, all in all this is a place we will return to for sure!
