The hotel overall is beautiful. It's in a 1910 historical building in Renaissance revival style, with many of the original finishes. Some of the technology are outdated, but it was part of the charm. Everything was great, but I would recommend investing in the larger rooms.

bella struttura posizione ottima all inteno delle mura della citta personale gentile pulizia buona l unica cosa e che la camera presenta una finestrella posta molto in alto dalla quale entra poca luce e non si riesce a guardare fuori non e la prima volta che expedia mi manda in una soffitta senza averlo scritto sulla descrizione della camera vi prego di mettere delle descrizioni piu accurate grazie

Lovely, clean hotel and very good location; busstop for busses to the beach only 100m away as well a small supermarket. Personnel very helpfull and pleasent. Bed comfortable and room and bathroom very clean and tidy. A short and easy walk from Grosseto traon station. Location nice to wonder around Grosseto old town.

Clean, courteous, perfectly situated.

Cannot ask for anything more. The owner and staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. This was a week trip and it was the best value for all of the hotels on our trip. If in the area again we would stay stay here.

Loved the fact it was still in mint condition, staff was excellent and hotel in the center of all restaurants and attractions. Easy to commute weather on foot or public transportation. Will definitely stay again if ever in Grosseto.

Pleasant, if dated, well located hotel.

Reception was friendly and very welcoming. We were upgraded (free) from a budget room to a standard one which was a nice touch and very much appreciated. The hotel decor is dated, but it’s clean and it’s location is central - very close to the Duomo. The room had air conditioning and there was a tiny terrace on the 4th floor with 2 plastic tables & chairs, disappointingly this had no view and seemed to be used only by smokers. It seems a shame that they haven’t inserted a window or two from which to admire the view and opened a small cafe/bar up there!
