I’ve enjoyed my week stay at the Harmony Marina Suites. My allocated room had some wifi issues, I had informed the staff about the issue. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The hospitality was great, I cannot complain. I definitely will be returning to spend a longer time at the Harmony Marina Suites.

Look no further.

I had a great stay and will always come back. Even after returning from 5 years ago the property is still clean and we'll kept, bed super comfortable, pool still a vibe and additional jacuzzi was a nice touch that I wasn't familiar with, food in the restaurant still so delicious and staff still so friendly and awesome. Our trip began with Andre who is half man half amazing. Very hospitable, to Travis at the front desk who made sure the accommodation met our needs, to Tanya at the bar who has to be theeee hardest working in the place and is great at what she does, to Charan at the front desk who is still so very sweet and accommodating and lastly our driver on the way back. I didn't get her name but she was good company on the ride to the airport whilst making us feel safe on the road. Sorry for the long review but I had to show my appreciation. I definitely recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking to stay in St Lucia. It's quietly tucked away but the beach and night life is a hand reach away. You will not regret.

I've stayed at other resorts on Reduit Beach but this is a little gem on the harbor with easy access to the beach and town. The location is perfect for exploring Rodney Bay on foot. The on site restaurant, The Cockpit, is an aviation themed English pub that serves a variety of pub standards but also amazingly tasty local dishes. Rooms could do with a touch of sprucing up, but were generally excellent. The grounds are beautifully kept and even have a little sandy area facing the harbor. Andre and Helen who run an excursion/driver service are a huge bonus! Knowledgeable and personable at the same time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

The location is good with on site food and drink, especially at Jaques Waterside restaurant plus easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were also frindly and helpful. However we encountered numerous problems with our luxury waterfront suite which adversly affected our enjoyment of our 7 night stay. A compliant (5439611) has been raised with Expedia in this respect and I am hoping, via this survey or alternative means, to submit full documentation relating to the problems encountered.

A hidden gem in Gros Islet

It is 30 minutes from the international airport (we travelled the route twice on different days). Room 110 was a spacious one bedroom (king-bed) with separate toilet and washroom. A/C worked great and two chairs with attachable umbrellas were a real bonus for the beach which was a short 5 minutes walk away as were several restaurant options. The covered patio looked over the lovely, tropical, lush grounds. There was even a small sandy area with lounge chairs to watch the boats in the marina. The WiFi worked fine, the TV was nice. Living area had comfortable high-backed cushioned loveseat and chairs - very Floridian and comfortable. Even though we did not see any, there was a hand-held electronic racket for swatting flying insects. Staff was delightful. Kitchen was nice and water from the tap was good. We wished we’d stayed there longer instead of in Soufriere which was a dirty, loud and expensive city.

Good stay, nice staff but they would always over charge with things like taxis. For example from the port to hotel.  The other way round from the hilton was 40 ecd, this hot they quoted me 95 ecd but then the driver said it was 106 ecd. Then I asked about the amount to the airport and she said it was 250 but then the hotel said it was 268. Thankfully it was 250. She was really nice When I asked for a late checkout,  I was told 40 euros and there is even signs which is 35 gbp. But when I actually checked out they charged me 5gbp more! So around 45gbp When speaking about the differences the lady said well its just small difference when speaking about the transfers . With housekeeping I stayed for 4 nights and my bed sheets where never changed . The bar staff were amazing and everyone around were nice , its just the small differences in the over charging and them not thinking you notice

What an amazing property. So beautiful and convenient. Tropical flower surrounded pool, multiple restaurants, yoga/Pilates and other activities, all on site and steps away from a gorgeous beach. The rooms are stacked with all the necessities and the staff is very friendly. Just note the style is clean but rustic and not modern. So much more charm than a resort. We plan on coming back to stay again!
